What We Do

MGT provide skills and employment training to major sectors of the Scottish economy including management and supervisory skills, retail, catering, hospitality, tourism and customer service.

We provide bespoke, flexible training programmes that meet the needs of Scottish employers, including for higher level qualifications. We invite private and public sector employers to discuss their training needs and proposals with us on an informal basis.

Access to funded Government initiatives includes Modern Apprenticeships, Employer Recruitment Incentives, Individual Learning Accounts, Flexible Training Opportunities and ESF funded programmes.
