PDA: Workplace Assessment Using Direct and Indirect Methods – Standalone
What is it?
A workplace assessor qualification that develops competence in planning assessment, using a range of assessment methods, judging the quality and sufficiency of evidence, and giving feedback and support to candidates. It includes both direct evidence (e.g., observation) and indirect evidence (e.g., products of work, questioning, witness testimony).
Who is it right for?
Staff who will assess competence in the workplace, such as supervisors, team leaders, experienced practitioners and subject specialists moving into an assessor role.
