Highfield Elementry Food Hygiene – Standalone
What is it?
An entry-level food safety qualification for catering settings. It typically covers food safety hazards, contamination and cross-contamination, personal hygiene, cleaning and disinfection, temperature control (including cooking, cooling and storage), and safe food handling practices
Who is it right for?
Food handlers and catering staff who prepare, cook, serve or store food and need a recognised Level 2-style food safety certificate. Suitable for new starters and as refresher training for existing staff.
