SVQ 3Professional Cookery at SCQF Level 6 (3 madatory units and 11 optional units)

 

Mandatory Units

Candidates must complete the following Units:

Maintain the Health, Hygiene, Safety and Security of the Working Environment

Maintain Food Safety when Storing, Preparing and Cooking Food

  • Keep yourself clean and hygienic
